Diesel generator is the chemical energy of diesel fuel into mechanical energy, and then from mechanical energy into electrical energy of mechanical equipment, the principle of power generation is driven by other auxiliary power diesel generator crankshaft rotation, so that the piston in the top of the closed cylinder for up and down movement. When the piston moves downward, the cylinder intake valve opens and the outdoor air is filtered by the air filter into the cylinder to complete the air intake stroke.

 

When the piston moves upward from the bottom, the cylinder inlet and exhaust valves close, the piston upward extrusion, the volume of gas due to rapid compression, resulting in a rapid rise in the temperature of the cylinder, to complete the compression stroke. When the piston reaches the top, the fuel filtered by the oil filter device after the high pressure nozzle atomization spray, and high temperature and high pressure air mixture of intense combustion, the gas volume is rapidly expanding, pushing the piston down to do work.

 

Each cylinder works in a certain order, and the thrust on the piston becomes the force to push the crankshaft through the connecting rod, which drives the crankshaft to rotate and complete the work stroke. After the completion of the work stroke, the piston moves upward from the bottom, the cylinder exhaust valve open exhaust, to complete the exhaust stroke. The crankshaft rotates half a turn for each stroke, and after a number of work cycles, the diesel engine set gradually accelerates under the inertia of the flywheel.
