1, cylinder head nuts. Tighten the cylinder head nuts, should be gradually tightened in several times to the prescribed torque, and according to the middle first, after the two sides, diagonal cross principle to carry out. Removal of the cylinder should also be in accordance with the prescribed order of gradual tightening loose. If the cylinder head nuts tightened unevenly or unbalanced, will lead to| up the cylinder head plane warping deformation. If the nut is too tight, the bolt will stretch deformation, the body and threads will also be damaged. If the nut is not tight enough, will cause the cylinder leakage, water leakage, oil leakage, high temperature gas in the cylinder will also burn the cylinder gasket.

 

2, flywheel nut. Such as S195 diesel engine flywheel and crankshaft is connected through the taper and flat keys. When installed, the flywheel nut must be tightened and locked with thrust washers folded edge. If the flywheel nut is not tightened, the diesel engine work, will produce a knocking sound, serious damage to the crankshaft taper, shear the keyway, twist the crankshaft, causing serious accidents. Also note that the corner of the thrust washer can only be bent once.

 

3, connecting rod bolts. With high-quality steel processing of the connecting rod bolts in the work of a large impact, can not be replaced by ordinary bolts. Tightening torque should be uniform, two rod bolts to take turns in several gradual tightening to the specified torque, and then locked with galvanized iron wire. If the rod bolt torsion torque is too large, the bolt will stretch deformation or even break, causing mashing accidents; if the rod bolt tightening torque is too small, the shaft tile gap increases, the work of the knocking sound and impact load, and even the occurrence of burning tile holding shaft and rod bolt breakage accidents.

 

4, the main bearing bolts. Should ensure the accuracy of the main bearing installation, and not loose. Tighten the main bearing bolts (for the use of fully supported four-cylinder machine crankshaft), 5 main bearings should be in accordance with the middle, after 2, 4, then 1, 5 order, in 2 to 3 times evenly tightened to the specified torque. Each tightening one should also check whether the crankshaft rotation is normal. The main bearing bolt tightening torque is too large or too small hazards, and the connecting rod bolt tightening torque is too large or too small hazards are basically the same.

 

5、Balance block bolts. Balancing block bolts should be installed in order and gradually tightened to the specified torque in several steps. Balance block should be installed in the original position, otherwise it will lose its balancing effect.

 

6、Rocker seat nut. For the rocker seat nut, in the process of use should be combined with maintenance often regularly checked. If the rocker seat nut is loose, it will increase the valve clearance, valve opening delayed, closed in advance, valve opening duration shortened, causing the diesel engine insufficient air supply, exhaust not net, power down, fuel consumption increased.

 

7, injector lock nut. When installing the injector, its lock nut should be tightened to the specified torque. At the same time, it is good to repeatedly tighten several times, do not tighten once. If the injector lock nut is tightened too much, it will cause the lock nut deformation, but also easy to make the needle valve stuck; if screwed too loose, it will cause the injector leakage, injection pressure drop, poor atomization, increased fuel consumption.

 

8, the oil valve tight seat. Install the injection pump valve tight seat, also according to the specified torque. If the oil valve tight seat screwed too tight, will make the plunger sleeve deformation, the plunger in the sleeve blocking phenomenon, and cause early wear of the plunger coupling, sealing performance decline, power shortage; if the oil valve tight seat is too loose, will cause the injection pump leakage, can not establish oil pressure, oil supply time lag, oil supply reduced, seriously affect the engine performance.  

 

9, injector pressure plate nut. When installing the injector assembly on the cylinder head of the diesel engine, in addition to pay attention to the removal of carbon and other dirt in the injector assembly mount, the injector assembly pressure plate do not install the reverse, the thickness of the steel pad to be appropriate and can not miss the installation, but also pay attention to the tightening torque of the injector assembly pressure plate nut. If the pressure plate nut tightening torque is too large, will cause the injector valve body deformation, resulting in the injector nozzle stuck, the diesel engine can not work; if the tightening torque is too small, the injector will leak, resulting in insufficient cylinder pressure, diesel engine starting difficulties, high-temperature gas will also rush out and burn the injector nozzle.

 

In addition, the distribution pump slide rotor, distribution pump housing on the installation of high pressure oil pipe fittings, also spring according to the specified torque.
