First, the diesel fuel is not clean or into the water

 

Diesel generator set flameout is caused by blockage of the oil pipeline, and the cause of blockage of the oil pipeline is generally because the fuel is not clean, the user should clean the fuel tank, and then loaded with good quality clean fuel can be solved; if the diesel engine stalled before the speed or high or low, indicating that there is water in the diesel, you should promptly remove the water or replace the diesel.

 

Second, the diesel generator set oil circuit failure

 

May be a high pressure oil circuit or low pressure oil circuit is faulty. At this time should loosen the filter or oil pump on the bleeder plug, with hand oil pump pump oil.

 

(1) If there is oil flow, indicating that the fault in the high-pressure oil circuit; fault in the high-pressure oil circuit, should check whether the oil supply tie rod or rack is not flexible and stuck in the oil stop position, if necessary, for maintenance.

 

(2) If there is no oil flowing out, it indicates that the fault is in the low pressure oil circuit. When the fault is in the high-pressure oil circuit, check whether there is no oil supply, insufficient oil supply, unstable oil supply and air leakage and other common faults, and one by one to eliminate or solve.

 

Third, all kinds of parts failure

 

(1) the injection pump is faulty.

 

Drive the diesel generator with the starter, if the normal rotation, observe whether the injection pump camshaft rotation, if the rotation is normal, indicating that the injection pump is faulty. Should check whether the work of the manipulation mechanism is normal. You can pull the throttle lever to see if the connection of the manipulator arm and the manipulator shaft is good.

 

(2) Camshaft or gear failure.

 

If the diesel generator is driven by the starter, if the injection pump camshaft does not rotate, the camshaft gear fastening bolt is loose, the camshaft is broken or the gear in the gear room is faulty.

 

(3) Diesel generator internal failure.

 

If the starter drives the diesel generator can not run, it means that the diesel generator internal failure. Such as between the piston and the cylinder jammed, crankshaft and bearing bite, injection pump plunger jammed and mechanical failure of the gas distribution mechanism. Under normal circumstances, the valve cover should be opened to check.
