       1. Diesel filter

       The function of the diesel filter is to filter out harmful impurities and moisture in the fuel system, protect the normal operation of the engine, reduce wear, avoid blockage, and improve engine life. The diesel filter generally must be replaced after the running-in period (50 hours), and is replaced every 50 hours or half a year.

       2. Oil filter

       Due to the high viscosity of the oil itself and the high content of impurities in the oil, in order to improve the filtration efficiency, the oil filter generally has three levels, namely the oil collector filter, the oil coarse filter and the oil fine filter. The collector filter is installed in the oil pan before the oil pump, and generally adopts a metal filter type.

       The replacement cycle of the oil filter is generally after the first 50 hours of operation. If the diesel generator set has just undergone intermediate or overhaul, then the oil filter should be replaced after it is put into operation for 50 hours. Replace every 200 hours.

       3. Air filter

       The function of the air filter in the diesel generator set is to filter out the dust in the air entering the cylinder to ensure that the engine has enough clean air to mix with the fuel to generate combustion. Wear of pistons and piston rings.

       Generator manufacturers usually recommend that users replace the air filter every 1000 hours of starting. Generator sets that often work in harsh environments (such as deserts, construction sites, etc.) should be replaced no more than once every 800 hours. The paper dust cup air filter used needs to remove the dust once every 50-100 hours of operation. The surface dust can be brushed off with a soft brush. If the working time exceeds 500 hours or is damaged, it should be replaced in time. .

       The important components of the above three diesel generator sets are usually collectively referred to as "three filters".
