A, the monoblock pump disassembly steps
 
1, clean the monoblock pump room around the dirt.
 
2, turn the diesel generator to a cylinder compression upper stop position.
 
3, remove the camshaft position sensor and gasket, placed together in the clean area.
 
4, remove the gear chamber cover, and then remove the signal disc and timing gear (disassemble the gear mark, to facilitate the next assembly).
 
5、Remove the high pressure oil pipe and each low pressure oil pipe.
 
6、Loosen the connecting plate bolt and support plate bolt, and take off the monoblock pump chamber.
 
7, disassemble the monoblock pump, loosen the monoblock pump two locking bolts (first ring to loosen all, slightly loose a few degrees angle, gently shake the monoblock pump by hand, let it loose under the action of spring force out. (If you can't do it by hand, you can use wood to knock lightly, but never knock the plug parts). After the monoblock pump leaves the sealing part, then loosen all the bolts and take off the monoblock pump, and make a good mark.
 
Note: Because the monoblock pump spring force is very large, when disassembling must be gradually loosened, otherwise, light damage to the monoblock pump, serious injury.
 
8、Take off the tappet positioning bolt and remove the tappet.
 
9、Loosen the connecting plate bolt and take off the camshaft.
 
10、Clean the parts, especially the oil channels in the pump room.
