       1. The unit cannot be started

       1. Reasons why the generator set cannot be started: the starting battery of the generator set is insufficient, the controller is not powered on, and the starting relay is faulty.

       2. Troubleshooting method: When the diesel generator set fails to start, the user should first detect the battery, charge the battery, supplement the electrolyte and other maintenance operations, replace the new starting battery if necessary, and check that the controller is equipped with a fuse If there is a fuse, replace it with a new fuse.

       3. Start the motor failure, analyze the cause, and replace the new starter motor if necessary.

 

       2. Difficulty starting or taking a long time to start

       1. The preheating of the diesel generator set is insufficient before starting, and check whether the preheating device is normal. If the unit is in a low temperature state, try to increase the body temperature.

       2. The starting oil supply of some ESC units is too small. Please refer to the manual of the electronic governor to adjust the oil supply appropriately.

       3. The unit is in a thin plateau environment and cannot be started at full speed at one time. It needs to run at idle speed for a certain period of time before it can rise to the rated speed.

       4. Use the incorrect grade of fuel oil or the fuel oil contains impurities or water, should replace the qualified fuel oil, clean the oil circuit, and install the oil-water separator at the same time.

       5. If there is air or no oil in the fuel system, install the air to remove it, and use the manual fuel pump to make the fuel flow out of the oil return pipe normally.

       6. The fuel filter is seriously blocked, and the fuel filter should be replaced regularly.

       7. The air intake system is seriously blocked, and the air filter should be replaced regularly.

       8. The fuel injection pump and the fuel injection nozzle are blocked. Please professional diesel generator maintenance personnel to check the fuel pump and analyze the reasons. Most of them are caused by the use of unqualified diesel for a long time.

       9. The oil pump is faulty, check and repair it, and the replacement assembly cannot be repaired.
