       1. The speed is too high during operation and exceeds the rated speed for a long time. For example, the rated speed is usually 1500 rpm, but in use, due to other reasons, the voltage of the unit cannot be raised at this speed. At this time, in order to ensure the operating voltage, the speed is artificially increased.

       2. The oil level control plug at the lower part of the governor shell is loose or falls off, resulting in the lack of lubricating oil inside the governor, causing wear.

       3. The adjustment spring is broken.

       4. The connecting pin of the rack and the tie rod falls off, and the spring locking piece is broken.

       5. The lever pin falls off.

       6. The fuel injection pump rack is stuck.

       7. The ball bearing of the governor is damaged.

       8. The lubricating oil surface in the fuel injection pump is too high, and the viscosity of the oil is too large.

       Among them, 3-8 can directly cause serious consequences of out-of-control oil supply.

       1. Quickly cut off the oil circuit: quickly pull the accelerator to the parking position, turn off the oil circuit switch, and quickly disconnect the fuel injection pump inlet pipeline if necessary.

       3. Quickly cut off the air passage: If there is a diesel engine with explosion-proof device, the intake passage can be quickly closed. Most of the diesel generator sets we use now do not have such a diesel engine. For such diesel engines, the air filter can be wrapped with clothes, or the air intake holes can be directly blocked with items prepared in advance.
