How to remove scale in diesel engine cooling system?

Preventing scale formation requires adherence to high-quality coolant and proper maintenance of modern high-performance diesel engines. It is absolutely forbidden to simply add water to the cooling system, and irreversible damage will occur after 100 hours of operation. The diesel engine cooling system is mainly composed of water pump, fan, cooling water tank, instrument, thermostat, cylinder head outlet pipe and water jacket formed inside the cylinder block. (about 80 ℃) work.
 
To prevent the formation of scale in the diesel engine cooling system, it is necessary to adhere to high-quality coolant and properly maintain the modern high-performance diesel engine. It is absolutely forbidden to add water to the cooling system, and irreversible damage will occur after 100 hours of operation. The method of removing scale in the diesel engine cooling system is as follows:
 
1. Cleaning method under normal circumstances. The thermostat should be removed first, and the bypass hole of the water outlet elbow on the cylinder head should be blocked. The direction of the flushing water flow is opposite to the circulating direction of the coolant when the diesel engine is working, until the flushing is done.
 
2. Cleaning method for serious scale. In order to ensure the cooling effect of the diesel engine cooling system, make the diesel engine work normally, and increase the service life of the diesel engine, the scale in the radiator of the diesel engine should be removed in time.
 
The specific cleaning method is:
Pour the configured cleaning fluid {Table 2-9) into the radiator, then start the diesel engine, and then turn off the engine after running at medium speed for about 10 minutes. Wait for 10-12 hours and then restart the diesel engine, run at medium speed for about 10 minutes, turn off the engine, and release the cleaning fluid. After adding clean coolant, start the diesel engine and run it at medium speed for a few minutes. Repeat this two or three times to remove the scale.

Filter the solution and add it to the cooling system. After staying for 10-12h, start the diesel engine and run it at idle speed for 15-20min until the solution starts to boil, then release the solution and rinse it with clean water for many times.

Sodium Phosphate 1000g, Laundry Soda 500g, Kerosene 500g, Water 10L

 
The volume fraction is 2.5% hydrochloric acid solution

Add the hydrochloric acid solution into the cooling system, then run the diesel engine at idle speed for 1 hour, discharge the tank liquid and rinse it with clean water that exceeds three times the capacity of the cooling system

Water glass 150g, liquid, soap 20g, water 10L

Inject the prepared solution into the cooling system, start the diesel engine to the normal working temperature, release the cleaning fluid after running for 1 hour, and rinse it with clean water

 
Petroleum carbonic acid 755-1000g, water 10L

Inject the prepared solution into the cooling system, start the diesel engine to run for 1-2 hours, then release the cleaning solution and rinse it with clean water
