1. Elastic tube type oil pressure gauge

 

Elastic tube type oil pressure gauge is mainly composed of a bent, oval cross-sectional brass elastic tube and gauge head. One end of the elastic flat tube (also called expansion tube) is connected to the lubricating oil channel through the oil pipe, and the other end is closed and connected to the sector gear through the connecting rod. The shaft is equipped with a pointer and gear, and the gear engages with the sector gear.

 

After the diesel generator starts, when the oil pressure in the oil channel gradually rises, the oil will enter the elastic flat tube, so that the elastic flat tube to the direction of straight deformation, then the fan gear is driven by the connecting rod to turn in the counterclockwise direction, so the gear will drive the pointer to turn in the clockwise direction, so that the pointer points to the higher oil pressure scale; when the oil pressure in the oil channel decreases, the elastic flat tube inward, through the connecting rod, fan gear, so that the gear and the pointer in the counterclockwise direction. 2. Electric heating type oil pressure gauge

 

Electric heating oil pressure gauge is the use of oil pressure changes to control the size of the current, and then use the thermal effect of the current, so that the bimetal deformation, push the pointer swing, so as to measure the value of the sleeve pressure.
