1. It will cause the oil pressure to increase. If the oil of the diesel generator set is not replaced in time, the viscosity of the oil will increase, the fluidity will decrease, and the oil circuit will be blocked, which will lead to the increase of oil pressure. Shorten engine life.
2. It will cause too much sludge. The incompletely combusted gas, water, acid, etc. in the combustion chamber enter the fuel tank, and together with the metal powder, it is mixed into sludge. If the oil is not replaced in time, these sludges will only accumulate, and the sludge will block the oil holes and filters, increasing the wear of parts.
3. It will speed up the wear of various parts of the diesel generator set. If the oil is not replaced in time, the performance of the oil will deteriorate, which will lead to wear of cylinders, pistons and other components, and the maintenance and replacement of parts will reduce the working efficiency of the unit.
4. The oil pressure will be too low. If the oil is not replaced in time, the oil volume will be reduced, the cleanliness of the oil will be poor, or the oil will be too thin, which will cause the pressure of the oil to drop, and the low oil pressure will lead to dry friction between the parts, which will seriously cause the unit to burn.
