Automatic switching is to switch the control switch to automatic, and the power automatic switching switch should also be in the automatic position, so that when the mains power stops, the generator can run by itself.

       1. Check before starting

       1. Before the inspection, for the diesel generator set with the function of "self-switching", in order to ensure the safety, first put the generator start switch in the "manual" or "stop" gear (or remove the connection between the negative pole of the battery pack and the generator). connection cable), and after checking, be sure to return it to the "Auto" position.

       2. Check whether the oil level is within the scale line. If it is not enough, add the same type of oil to the position within the scale line to see if the fuel is sufficient.

       3. Check whether the coolant is about 8cm below the water tank cover. If it is not enough, add soft water to the above position.

       4. Check whether the electrolyte level is about 15mm on the electrode plate. If it is not enough, add distilled water to the above position.

       5. Clean the generator set site to ensure smooth cooling ventilation ducts.

       6. Make sure that the main air switch of the diesel generator set is in the "OFF" state, and confirm whether the connection with the "mains" has been broken.

       7. Is the drive belt tight enough?

 

 2. Manual start

       1. After the diesel generator set is checked normally, press the manual mode, and then press the confirmation key, the generator set starts normally.

       2. If the diesel generator set cannot be started, it will be restarted after 30 seconds, and if it fails to start three times in a row, the cause should be found out and the fault can be removed before restarting.

       3. After the startup is successful, check whether there is abnormal noise and vibration, whether there is oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, and whether there is any abnormal display on the control screen. Check whether the oil pressure reaches the normal range (60~70psl) within 10~15 seconds of starting the machine. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, it should be dealt with. After it is normal, close the main air switch of the diesel generator to start power supply.

 

3. Manual stop

       1. Press the stop button on the control panel, the unit stops running

       2. If there is an emergency to stop the machine, press the emergency stop button immediately.

 

4. Automatic start

       1. Reset the buttons on the control screen panel.

       2. Press the AUTO switch, the unit enters the standby state,

       3. Turn the main air switch of the diesel generator to the ON position.

       4. When the "mains" power is cut off, the diesel generator will automatically start and send electricity within 5~8 seconds.

       5. If the diesel generator set cannot be started automatically, press the red emergency stop button on the control panel to find out the cause and remove the fault and start it.

 

       Five, automatic shutdown

       "Mains" calls, the dual power conversion will automatically switch to "mains", and the diesel generator will automatically stop after 3 minutes of running under no-load.
