body, cylinder head

The warranty period of the body and cylinder head is 3000 hours or 12 months, which is limited to the number of early arrivals (the same below);

If the body and cylinder head leak water, oil and affect the use due to casting defects or assembly quality, a warranty will be given;

Warranty is given due to the influence of processing quality on normal use;

Deformation, cracks or frost cracks and damage caused by improper use due to lack of water and oil are not guaranteed;

When the user uses it, the piston and the cylinder head are damaged due to the entry of foreign objects outside the machine into the cylinder, and the warranty is not covered;

 

Crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin

3000 hours or 12 months for crankshafts, connecting rods and piston pins;

Warranty for fatigue fracture caused by forging, heat treatment or processing defects;

If the connecting rod screw is loose, the connecting rod is broken, and the warranty is given. However, if the connecting rod screw is loose, abnormal noise occurs or the pressure of the lubricating oil suddenly drops, the user does not stop in time, which will expand the fault, and the extended part of the warranty will not be accepted;

Due to insufficient oil volume, the oil fails, and the oil is not used according to the grade specified in the "Instruction Manual", resulting in damage to the crankshaft, connecting rod or piston pin, and no warranty;

If the connecting rod screw is disassembled by the user, the connecting rod screw becomes loose and causes failure, and the warranty is not covered.

 

Bearings and bushings

Warranty is given if the tile is burned within 200 hours of use. However, if the use exceeds 200 hours, it is necessary to analyze the cause of responsibility. If the use of more than 200 hours occurs, the burning tile occurs, the alloy is all melted and pressed into thin sheets, and even the steel back of the bearing bush is worn, blued, blackened, and traveled to the periphery, resulting in a locked crankshaft. It should not be considered that the tile alloy is peeling off, and no warranty is given;

Due to the partial peeling of the alloy layer, the steel back remains intact, and the warranty is given within 1000 hours or 6 months;

Due to overloading, engine oil failure, insufficient engine oil or not using engine oil according to the grade specified in the "Instruction Manual", the bearing bush or shaft is burned, and no warranty is given;

Warranty is given for failures caused by piston cracks;

The cylinder is pulled due to overloaded piston burning, lack of water or wrong oil, and the cylinder is pulled due to improper use and maintenance of the air filter, early wear, and no warranty;

When the user uses it, due to the foreign matter outside the machine entering the cylinder, causing the piston to pull the cylinder, cracks, damage to the top surface, etc., no warranty is given;

 

piston ring

The warranty period of the piston ring is 1000 hours or 6 months;

Due to the abnormal wear of the manufacturing quality of the piston ring or the early decay of the elastic force, the sealing function is not effective or the ring is broken, and the warranty is given;

Warranty is given if the piston rings are aligned due to the wrong assembly, causing gas blow-by or oiling;

Due to insufficient oil volume and improper use and maintenance of the air filter, the piston ring will be worn at an early stage, and the warranty will not be given.

 

cylinder liner

The warranty period of the cylinder liner is the same as the warranty period of the diesel generator set;

Warranty is given for abnormal wear or breakage due to normal use;

If the cylinder is pulled under normal use conditions within 200 hours, a warranty will be given. More than 200 hours should analyze the cause of responsibility and deal with it;

Due to improper use and maintenance of the air filter, early wear or insufficient oil volume, overloading, oil failure, or non-use of oil according to the "instruction", the cylinder is not guaranteed.

 

Cylinder head gasket

The warranty period of the cylinder head gasket is 1000 hours or 6 months, which is limited to the number of early arrivals;

Warranty can be given for cylinder gaskets or serious water or oil leakage due to manufacturing reasons;

Due to user reasons (such as deflagration caused by adding kerosene and gasoline to diesel fuel, the large bolts are not tightened when disassembling and assembling by themselves, and the explosion pressure is increased due to improper adjustment of the fuel injection advance angle, etc.)

 

camshaft

The warranty period of the camshaft is the same as the warranty period of the diesel generator set;

The camshaft is broken or abnormally worn due to manufacturing reasons, and the warranty is given;

The camshaft journal is seriously strained due to insufficient oil, oil failure or the use of oil not in accordance with the specifications of the manual, and the warranty is not covered;

The main engine is not under warranty due to the fact that the gear is not placed in a reasonable gear when downhill, resulting in overspeed (speeding) and damage to the camshaft, etc.;

 

Valves, valve seats, rocker shafts, tappets and pushrods

The warranty period of the valve, valve seat ring, rocker shaft, tappet and push rod is the same as that of the whole diesel engine;

Warranty for early wear or damage under normal use

Due to insufficient oil, oil failure or oil not according to the specifications specified in the manual, or abnormal damage to the air filter due to long-term overload use, no warranty will be given;

No warranty will be given for the knocking and jamming of the parts of the valve train due to the fact that the gear is not placed in a reasonable gear when running the main engine downhill;

valve spring

The warranty period of the valve spring is the same as the maintenance period of the whole diesel generator set;

When running the main engine, the valve spring is broken and the related parts are damaged because the gear is not placed in a reasonable gear when going downhill, and the warranty is not covered.

 

Gear (excluding starting ring gear)

The warranty period of various gears is the same as that of the whole diesel generator set;

Warranty is given for abnormal wear, tooth chipping or cracks caused by material, heat treatment and processing;

When the user uses it, the gear is broken and damaged due to the entry of foreign objects, which will not be guaranteed.

 

Oil pump

The warranty period of the oil pump is the same as that of the diesel generator set;

Warranty is given for damage to the oil pump due to manufacturing and assembly;

Due to insufficient oil, oil failure or wrong oil, the oil pump is damaged, and no repair is required.

 

water pump

The warranty period of the water pump is 1000 hours or 6 months;

Under normal use conditions during the warranty period, the water pump water seal leaks, the bearing is damaged, the impeller rubs the casing, etc., and the warranty is given;

The bearing is burnt and worn due to the disassembly and assembly of the user and improper adjustment of the belt (upper-mounted water pump), which is not guaranteed.

 

oil cooler

The warranty period of the oil cooler is the same as that of the whole diesel generator set;

Warranty is given due to de-soldering and leakage of oil cooler;

No warranty is given for damage caused by improper installation and disassembly by the user;

Because the user does not drain the water completely in winter, the cooler is frozen, and the warranty is not available.

 

supercharger

The warranty period of the supercharger is the same as the warranty period of the diesel generator set;

Warranty for damage, oil leakage and air leakage of the supercharger due to the manufacturing quality;

If the supercharger is damaged due to loose connection screws, no warranty will be given;

Abnormal wear of supercharger bearings due to improper use by the user (long-term idling speed operation) or poor lubrication (such as wrong lubricating oil grade, too long oil change interval, too dirty oil and too low oil pressure) or improper use and maintenance of air filter ;

Due to the user's self-disassembly and failure to assemble according to the specified requirements, the original dynamic balance is destroyed, and the resulting damage is not guaranteed.

 

Fuel injector assembly

The warranty period of the injector assembly is the same as that of the entire diesel generator set;

Due to the fracture of the adjustment spring, the injector body is cracked, and the warranty is given;

The warranty period of the nozzle coupler of the injector is 750 hours or 3 months, and the warranty is given due to the breakage of the needle valve or the needle valve sleeve;

Injector damage due to improper use (eg using poor quality diesel) or improper assembly and adjustment will not be covered by warranty.

 

High pressure oil pump, oil transfer pump, governor

The warranty period of the high pressure oil pump, oil transfer pump and governor is the same as that of the whole diesel generator set;

Warranty is given for the oil leakage of the casing due to manufacturing reasons;

Under normal use, the warranty period of plunger and oil outlet valve is 1000 hours or 4 months;

Due to insufficient oil, oil failure or poor use of diesel or improper maintenance, resulting in abnormal wear and tear of friction or damage to parts, no warranty will be given;

When the main engine is running downhill, the gear is not placed in a reasonable gear, resulting in damage to the governor, and no warranty;

No warranty will be given for the self-adjusting, repairing or dismantling of bolts and nuts that cause speeding or other failures;

The warranty of the high-pressure oil pump is mainly based on debugging and replacement of faulty parts, and generally does not replace the whole pump.

 

Castings such as exhaust pipes, oil pans and flywheels

The warranty period of castings such as exhaust pipe, oil pan and flywheel is the same as that of the whole diesel generator set;

Warranty for infiltration and leakage caused by blisters, pores or cracks due to manufacturing reasons;

Warranty is given for the cracking of the iron oil pan, lax welds, and leakage caused by de-soldering of the welds due to manufacturing reasons;

charging generator

The warranty period for the rechargeable generator is 750 hours or 3 months;

Under normal conditions of use, the damage of the charging generator (such as no power generation, voltage imbalance, damage to the rotor and stator, etc.) is guaranteed;

Due to wrong wiring, overload use, impact damage, no warranty;

 

starter motor

The warranty period of the starter motor is 500 hours or 3 months;

In normal use, if the starter motor is milled, does not mesh, burns out, or the magnetic switch fails, the warranty will be given;

Air compressor

Oil filter, diesel filter, air filter assembly (three filters)
