If the oil has been emulsified, you can add 1% to 3% phenol (carbonic acid) by weight of the oil to the oil as a emulsifier, stir while adding, and then preheat the oil for a period of time, and then let it stand for a while. Wait for the water and oil to separate. Completely remove moisture from the oil.

       3. You can use the instrument to remove the moisture in the diesel generator set, pour the emulsified oil into the serpentine heating tube, and stop heating with saturated steam through the serpentine tube.
