The reasons for the accumulation of carbon in diesel generators are
 
n poor quality of diesel fuel, containing impurities.
 
n The lubricating oil in the diesel generator is used for too long, and the gel contains high.
 
n loose piston ring, too large, the gap between the valve guide and valve stem is too large, resulting in oil fleeing into the combustion chamber combustion.
 
n ignition timing too early or too late, the injection pump oil supply is too large.
 
n diesel generator long time low temperature operation or cylinder seals wear, damage, so that the fuel combustion is not complete.
 
n Injector pressure is too low, poor atomization, dripping and leakage.
 
n Diesel generator overload operation for a long time.
